AIGENT NOIR Agents uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to power features like offer analysis, listing descriptions, market comparisons, and client communication drafting.
- Listing data, offer terms, and client communications may be sent to the Claude API for real-time analysis and response generation.
- Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models. Data sent via the API is subject to Anthropic's API usage policies, which prohibit training on customer data.
- We minimize the data sent to AI services — only the content required to fulfill your specific request is transmitted.
- AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not substitute for your professional judgment or licensed real estate advice.

- To support your management of listings, clients, and transactions.

4. Data Storage & Security
- Local storage: Your listing data, photos, and conversation history are stored on your device for offline access.
- Cloud storage: Account data and listing information are stored on encrypted servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.
- We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

We use vetted third-party services to operate AIGENT NOIR products. Each is bound by its own privacy policy.

California Residents (CCPA)

European Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. 7. Children's Privacy
AIGENT NOIR products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately at admin@aigentnoir.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of any AIGENT NOIR product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
